Call for Abstracts

Submissions must include the completed financial disclosure form required by the continuing education provider.

We invite proposals that align with our conference themes , including:

    • Addressing trauma through community-based, rights-oriented approaches.

    • Understanding and mitigating the psychological impact and causes of crime, violence, and social fragmentation.

    • Understanding and mitigating the mental health toll of drug economies and increased risk of substance misuse in impacted communities.

    • Supporting family mental health to foster healthy development, resilient families and communities.

    • Mental health considerations in forced migration and displacement.

    • Resilient responses to crime, violence and collective harm

    • Elevating indigenous knowledge systems to inform healing practices and service design.

    • Honoring spirituality, relational accountability, and community-led healing

  • Identifying strategies to sustainably finance community-centered models of family mental health care.
